Facilitator of Creative Practice
The Muse Hunter

Presence is not a gift. It’s a practice.

Over 20 years as a professional theater maker, University professor and Artistic Director of multi-million dollar companies, I’ve learned that whether you are an emerging artist finding your voice or a seasoned professional reclaiming your spark, the goal is the same: to move past the "mask" and into your authentic power.

As a Facilitator of Creative Practice (AKA a Muse Hunter), I help women navigate the distance between where they are and where they want to be.

I work with women to treat creativity not as a luxury, but as a tactical tool for forward motion. I help them unlock their authentic voices and harness the kind of innovation that only happens when we feel safe enough to be bold. I do not just "coach" confidence; I direct my clients to embody it. By rewriting the internal scripts that hold us back, I help women—from emerging artists to established leaders—step onto their "stage" with honesty and power.

My method is backed by a career of "doing it all." I continue to work professionally as an artist alongside my work in education and facilitation. I have directed World Premieres in NYC, led multi-million dollar arts organizations, and taught at both NYU and the University of Miami. I have a BFA in Acting and an MFA in Interdisciplinary Art, but my most valuable degree has been earned in the rehearsal room, learning how to build resilient, high-functioning communities from the ground up.

Through a process of Creative Reclaiming, I guide individuals and groups to recover the spontaneity and connection they may have lost to the grind of routine. This isn't just about personal growth; it is about using the tools of theater—presence, deep listening, and radical collaboration—to foster a community where women support and amplify one another.

The goal is to move beyond the script, silence the critic, and establish a lasting creative practice that belongs entirely to you—one that fuels your work, your art, and your community.
